Annexation/Rezone Requests:  Annexation 04-007; Rezone Request ZA04-003

Pine Grove Montessori School Inc. has made a request to annex/rezone 1.296 acres identified as TMP 93-58 located in Land Lot 429, District 13 from RA with variance to OI.  The property is located at 1732 Perimeter Road, Dawsonville, GA

 

Annexation Request:  04-006

Dan Centofanti has made a request to annex 1.934 acres identified as TMP 93-60 located at 1818 Perimeter Road into the confines of the City of Dawsonville.  The current use of the property is COI and will remain COI.

 

Annexation Request:  05-002

Dawson County Farm Bureau has made a request to annex .773 acres identified as TMP 83-437 located at 674 Hwy. 53 West into the confines of the City of Dawsonville.  The current use of the property is RA and will remain RA upon annexation.
